If you feel you have an emergency please call (651)442-9044 immediately and an emergency service will be set in motion for you. CITS is based in St Paul Minnesota but will provide service anywhere in the US (and abroad). If your call is received before 11AM central time, a CITS engineer can be at your site at 10AM the next day.

CITS Emergency Service is controlled and regulated by the following rules, inter alia :
1. If you are using a credit card please be aware a 4% card service charge will have to be added.
2. The exact $ amount will be communicated to you at the time the service is scheduled. The amount will be charged to your credit card immediately.
3. Before the service is scheduled a service agreement will be faxed to you at the number you provide. This service agreement will need to be signed by a manager/director rank person that is in a position to pay for the service.
4. The Service agreement above shall be the entire agreemnt controlling the service.
5. You will need to provide a contact name, phone number and the exact address for the service area/or building. The contact person will need to be familiar with the geography of the building and must have access to all areas of the building.
6. The enginers cannot do any electrical work but will specify/supervise in detail how any wiring needs to be done or changed, if necessary.
7. CITS has access to all necesary parts and equipment. If needed, all parts ordered will be additional to the price of the emergency service under discussion.
8. CITS cannot work on any systems that are currently in violation of any local or national codes. CITS will recommend rectifying the current situation before work can begin. CITS can also perform such work, if necessary.
9. CITS will provide all necessary operating information and training at the conclusion of the service.
10. If you are going to use a PO number, then all bills shall be paid in full within 30 days of the completion of service. There are substantial penalities for late payments. An advance may be requested.
11. If service is needed abroad, additional charges will have to be assessed for obvious reasons. Details will be provided when you call.

The links you see here are the ones I have used myself! Here is a Financial Tip. Why do we charge our purchases? Because we do not have the money now but expect to make it later, right? Then why don't we just wait and get the money together and buy it with our own money? You say, well I may never be able to save that kind of money. If you don't or don't learn to do it, you will be doing it later and ofcourse you will then be under duress and will have no choice! Don't let banks and credit cards fool you. They are getting the money for zero percent from the Federal Reserve and charging you as much as 30%, not to speak of the late fees and dozens of other fees that you have not even heard about.
