CITS Purchase Advisory:

Please do not purchase sensitive electronic items from non-professional websites such as EBAY or the likes. You will get no technical/configuration assistance and may end up with untested parts and even items with missing parts. Worse yet, You could end up with more headaches than you had to begin with! Specially avoid items that are "AS IS". For serious systems configured for you by professionals such as Johnson, Honeywell and many others, you do not want to buy parts at auction websites such as EBAY to cut some corners and get some parts at cut-rate prices.  Serious items are only available at serious prices.These websites are typically populated by ex-employees with dated knowledge databases and selling parts purchased from government/police and other auctions or taken down from updated or replaced system and other places and they have no means to test them. Their objective is to make a quick buck without the commitmemnt that a serious business requires. Do you really think you are going to find a reliable electronics part at a place where they are selling a toast with a trace of the picture of Christ on it? If you really want a copy of the windows XP, you are not going to find it on Ebay. It is typically the CD that comes with a Dell PC that is used to reinstall on a Dell PC and is not going to work on any PC. Sure it is cheap. But do you like to do everything twice, If you know what I mean? I am sure you have been there. First you buy the cheap one and then the right one. CITS Repair Advisory:

CITS can repair almost all parts from any vendor and such parts are tested in the native online sytsem environment that they belong to. Many repair houses are "repairing" parts by simply doing what they call returning the part to its "original specifications". Remember that does not guarantee that the item is repaired to work in its original native environment. You will end up returning the repair item again or will have to deal with a problem. This is what CITS calls "administrative load." So basically what would have been or was supposed to be a simple purcahse will turn into an insurmountable "administrative load" comprised of phone calls, shipping and what not, not to speak of the down time and stress involved that will necessarily go with it. Remember time is money. Instead of concentrating on your business, you will be attending to something peripheral to your business.
