CITS Copyright Notice and Non-Liability of CITS

This website uses many vendor names and has many references to copy rights. It is impossible to note all copyrights, suffice it to say that any and all copyright notices belong to the respective vendors and manufactureres. We are not clainiming ownership or any originality with respect to any copyright notices or products. Any such reference or any other reference that gives that impression or appears to give that impression is only accidental and is not intentional.

All software/firmware sold is acquired and resold and is not changed or tampered with in any way and obeys the original copyright notcies of the vendor. We are simply selling the products and not changing them in any way that contravenes the original copyright notice or other notices. No claims are made as to the merchantability or otherwise capability of the software/hardware other than those in the original copyright or other notice.

CITS categorically denies any responsibility for any damage or loss from the use of the products that it sells since they are under the original copyright and mechantability notices of the respective vendors. We did not manufacture any of the copyrighted products and hence the buyer agrees to hold CITS harmles from the use of all third party vendor products. The buyer agrees to hold CITS harmless from any damage or loss occurring from the use or non-use or any direct or indirect consequence from the use or abuse of the products purchased from CITS. This applies to all losses no matter how remotely or directly connected to the third party products purchaed from CITS.

The buyer agrees to hold CITS harmless form any and all lawsuits that may have anything whatsoever to do with the third party products purchased from CITS. In particular, this means that any lawsuits against the CITS relating to any third party product purchased from CITS shall be null and void and the buyer agrees to that. All purchases shall be subject to this clause.
